Flexographic printing uses an inked raised surface to print with the plates mounted on print cylinders for greater accuracy, with a separate plate for each colour required.
All the plates are brought into register and synchronized with a rotary die or cutting tool during the printing process.
Label Tech has 4 Mark Andy uv flexographic printing presses with the facility to print up to 8 colours and up to 17” wide rolls.
Numerous finishing options are available including perforations, cutting, splitting, punching, as well as back or reverse printing on adhesive or backing, with different top finishes and materials effects.
